This guacamole is the best we’ve ever tasted, you’ll never need another recipe! We bring this often to potlucks, or dinner at a friend’s house, it’s a huge crowd pleaser, and it keeps well in the refrigerator, so leftovers aren’t a problem!

Guacamole For Fifty
Ingredients
- 12 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds roma tomatoes diced
- 6 ounces red onion diced
- 1 ounce fresh chopped cilantro
- Peel avocados and dice them into bite-sized cubes, sprinkle with lime juice and mix to keep them from browning. Add other ingredients and mix well. Taste, you may need to add more seasonings, depending on how large your avocados are. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
