This rice is delicious with tacos, in a Chipotle Bar, or served alongside Mexican food. It’s also delicious eaten by itself or topped with my guacamole!

Cilantro Lime Rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups basmati rice
- 6 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Boullion Chicken flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Pour water, salt, and butter into a pot and bring water to a boil, add rice, cover and bring to a boil.
- Once rice is boiling, lower heat to low and allow to cook for 15 mintues, covered.
- Remove pot from heat, add lime juice and cilantro and stir well.
- Serve and enjoy!
