Pico de Gallo-Fresh Tomato Sala
Ingredients
- 2 pounds roma tomatoes, chopped small
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped small (if you want it spicy, leave in some of the seeds)
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop all of the vegetables and combine all ingredients. Taste and add more salt if needed.
- Allow ingredients to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to marry.
